I wanted to share with you the newest adventure I have been on the past few weeks. If you follow me on Instagram you have probably seen my stories about the workouts I have been doing. For the past 6 weeks I have been working out almost everyday as well as really trying to eat a lot healthier than I have in the past and in just 3 weeks I saw some amazing results. I wanted to share them with you.
First off, I wanted to share the breakdown of my workouts and what I do. I have an at home workout schedule that consists of cardio, arm workouts, leg workouts, Pilates, abs and yoga! It’s planned out well enough where I don’t overwork anything and I have enough recovery time in between each area where I can heal my body. It has been an awesome routine and the best part is that my workouts are only 30 minuets long which I love because I feel very busy lately but I hate not getting a workout in so this time frame is perfect for me!
Now I want to share my results with you after just 3 weeks of working out and eating (relatively) healthy. This is going to be one of the harder images I have posted of myself because it makes me very vulnerable. To give myself some grace I want to say I have never thought of myself as fat, I just wanted to be a healthier version of myself and live my best life. That is why I started to workout more and eat better. And as I see these results it is my motivation to keep working hard toward my goals.
