I wanted to share with you all my news obsession, oils. But not just any oils, Doterra oils.I was introduced to them by my friend Sarah who not only always smells so good because she is covered in oils, but because of the multiple benefits oils have. A few months ago she posted on Facebook an “Oil Camp” she was doing through Facebook so I signed up to do it. It was an awesome way to get to know about different oils and how useful they each are.
After the camp was finished, I decided to order a couple of things that I had learned about and had caught my interest. The first thing I wanted was the Breathe oil. I have a slight asthma issue and rubbing this on my chest helps my breathing when my chest feels tight. My sister got me a diffuser for Christmas so I have been diffusing Breathe lately in my room and I love it.
Another oil I got was the Lemon oil. This oil has so many benefits, such as for cleaning purposes but I use it simply in my water. It just adds some flavor to my water which I love because it helps me drink more water throughout the day.
I also bought some peppermint beadlets which are SO great. They are little peppermint mints that help freshen my breath so much. But my favorite oil purchase is called Slim and Sassy. It is this awesome blend of oils that helps with appetite control. Who else eats when they’re bored? Who else regrets it when they’re done? I have been working on creating a happier and healthier me and using this oil to help that has been amazing. The days were I have forgotten to add it to my water in the morning, I definitely notice I get in a snacking mood really fast. The days I am sure to add it to my water right away, I don’t feel hungry very often, even around lunch time which is great because then I don’t over eat to try to fill up faster.
Slim and Sassy is on oil I will always use and I am looking into Doterra’s similar products as well to see how else I can continue to improve my health.
