The other day I decided to make my favorite no-bake cookies and while making them I thought I would share the recipe with you guys.
They are a healthier version of chocolate no-bake cookies and in my opinion they taste way better than the other kind. These are made with peanut butter and honey instead of sugar and are SO good!
I found this recipe on Pinterest a while ago so I can’t take credit for the recipe itself, but either way, here it is!
1 cup of Oats
1/2 cup of peanut butter
1/4 cup of honey
2 Tbsp Cocoa Powder – Unsweetened
1 tsp of Vanilla
1/4 of Sea Salt
Mix all the ingredients together. I have learned that mixing these ingredients is a lot easier with a mixing bowl.
Once mixed, put wax paper on a cookie sheet and with an ice cream scoop (or other spoon) put small scoops of the cookie onto the wax paper.
And you’re done! You can let them sit and harden for a bit or dig in and start snacking.
